Tiramisu

One of my favourite desserts which will be available to purchase soon.

Its a dessert that brings people together and a dessert that holds a special place in my heart. It was my Great-Aunt Mella’s go-to dessert for all family gatherings, always on the dessert table covered in flake chocolate and filled with lots of rum! Mella is always with me when I’m making this special dessert. I don’t use alcohol in my recipe buts it’s tasty with or without it. It was the dessert I made when I hosted a beautiful lunch for my friends on the Sunshine Coast. And is a go-to dessert when I’m out and about dining in some of Melbourne’s restaurants.
